By accessing or using the Service, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

We collect the following categories of information:

Information you provide directly:

  • Full name and email address (provided via Google account authentication)

  • Profile photo (from your Google account)

Information collected from your calendar (via Google Calendar integration):

  • Meeting names and titles

  • Meeting start and end times

  • Attendee names and email addresses

  • Meeting agenda and description (where available)

Information collected automatically:

  • Usage data and product analytics (pages visited, features used, session duration)

  • Log data (IP address, browser type, operating system, referral URLs)

  1. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide, operate, and improve the Service

  • Analyze calendar and meeting patterns to deliver insights and analytics

  • Send transactional communications (account confirmations, product updates, support responses)

  • Monitor and ensure the security and integrity of the Service

  • Comply with applicable legal obligations

  • Respond to your requests and provide customer support

We do not use your calendar or meeting data to train machine learning models or for any purpose other than delivering the Service to you.

  1. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only in the following circumstances:


Sub-processors:

We use Google BigQuery as our data storage infrastructure. Google BigQuery processes data on our behalf under a data processing agreement and does not have independent access to your data for any other purpose.

Legal requirements:

We may disclose your information if required to do so by law, regulation, or valid legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Spry, our users, or others.

Business transfers:

If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you via email or prominent notice within the Service before your data is transferred and becomes subject to a different privacy policy.

  1. Data Retention

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active and for 2 years after account cancellation or termination. After this period, we delete or anonymize your data unless we are required to retain it for longer under applicable law.

You may request deletion of your data at any time (see Section 6). Upon a verified deletion request, we will delete your data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

  1. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:

  • Access — request a copy of the personal data we hold about you

  • Correction — request that we correct inaccurate or incomplete data

  • Deletion — request that we delete your personal data

Our lawful basis for processing your data is performance of a contract (to deliver the Service) and legitimate interests (security, analytics, and product improvement).

  1. International Data Transfers

We are headquartered in Ukraine. If you are located in the EEA, your data may be transferred to and processed in Ukraine or other countries that may not provide the same level of data protection as your home country. Where required, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission to safeguard such transfers.

  1. Security

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. Access to personal data is restricted to employees and contractors who need it to perform their job functions.

No method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your data, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

  1. Cookies and Tracking

Spry uses cookies and similar tracking technologies to operate the Service, remember your preferences, and collect analytics data. You can control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling certain cookies may affect the functionality of the Service.

  1. Children's Privacy

The Service is intended for use by businesses and professionals. We do not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 16. If we become aware that we have collected data from a minor, we will delete it promptly.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by sending an email to the address associated with your account or by posting a prominent notice within the Service at least 14 days before the change takes effect. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
